The Visual Art programme encourages learning the Art language, knowledge of the role of Art historically and in contemporary society and creative communication. It is not a course designed for the select and gifted few but an integrated study programme for all students as part of an educational philosophy that acknowledges that learning in the Arts expresses and shapes personal and national identity.
The Visual Art Programme provides essential learning for living and develops a range of general and specific skills that are significant in many aspects of life, including vocational and recreation areas.
