Accounting
At St Dominic’s College, Accounting begins in Year 10 as a part of the Accounting and Economics option class. Students will study personal accounting as well as introductory concepts for business accounting.
The school offers NCEA Accounting at Level 1, 2 and 3. Students do not need to have taken Year 10 Accounting (though it certainly helps) but must do Level 1 Accounting in order to progress as each year’s material builds on the previous year’s work.
